WHO WE ARE
VTI Communications, began as a business unit of NTi Computers and Networks in 2008. NTI, a leading provider of IT support in the Metro Atlanta Area since 1997, provides both installation and operations support to many leading medical offices and small businesses. Early on, NTi management recognized how VoIP telephone systems could help businesses integrate their data and voice environments while reducing costs.
VTi has partnered with many companies within different business segments to identify and provide voice solutions that complement our partners’ existing product offerings. Our partners include architectural firms, commercial builders, and franchise developers. These partnerships allow VTi to increase our product offering and provide our customers’ voice systems with increased functionality over that of a standard phone system.

VTI Communications Group is committed to providing professional and secure telecommunications services exclusively to clients who conduct their business in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner. It is our firm intention to ensure that our phone systems are never employed for ill-mannered, inappropriate, or malicious purposes.
The majority of our clientele consists of organizations with whom we have an established relationship, often through the provision of IT support services. These longstanding partnerships provide us with confidence in the integrity and professionalism of the businesses we serve. It is uncommon for us to accept new customers outside of this trusted network.
In those limited instances where we are approached by a prospective client through referral or word-of-mouth, and where no prior relationship exists, we will undertake a thorough evaluation process. This includes an on-site assessment of the client’s network and operations to verify both their legitimacy and their commitment to responsible business practices. This diligence ensures that we do not extend services to any party that may engage in malicious or improper activity using our phone systems.
